About Jasper Riding Stables
Jasper Riding Stables is operated by Marmot Basin, Jasper National Park's premier ski resort. Our herd of over 55 horses includes gentle trail horses, kid-friendly horses, experienced guide horses, and Clydesdale draft horses Ellie and Mae who pull the winter sleigh. Our guides — Kaylea, Gunner, Hannah, and Aidan — are experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing Jasper's backcountry with every rider.
We are located on Pyramid Lake Road, approximately 4 km north of the Jasper townsite. We are the only operating Jasper Riding Stables — our Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge location closed following the 2024 Jasper wildfire.
